Pickup and delivery are included in the price inside Fort Wayne city limits. Outside the city we charge a small delivery fee based on distance. Most of our customers set up a weekly pickup on the same day and forget laundry ever existed.

We're a mom-and-pop neighborhood crew, not a commercial outfit. Here's what we don't take on — so you know exactly what to expect:
- Dry-cleaning. Anything tagged 'dry-clean only' goes to a specialist.
- Biohazard contamination — blood, vomit, mold-heavy items. We refer those out.
- Industrial-volume linen runs (commercial laundromat scale).

How big is a bag?
