Service Guarantee
If you're not happy with the job, let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back to make it right — no extra charge. We stand behind our work.

Pricing & Quotes
All prices are based on actual lawn size or job scope. We never quote a price without understanding your property first. Quotes are free, no obligation. Seasonal packages save you 20% when you pay for the full season upfront.

Scheduling & Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a visit. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $25 fee. Weather-related cancellations are always free — we'll reschedule as soon as conditions allow.

Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online payment system. Payment is due at the time of booking for one-time services. Seasonal pass holders are billed upfront for the full season at the discounted rate.

Property Access
For lawn care and outdoor services, we can work while you're away as long as we have access to the yard. Please make sure gates are unlocked and pets are secured on service days. We'll text you when the job is done.

Seasonal Packages
Seasonal packages lock in your price for the entire season with a 20% discount. Packages are non-refundable once the season begins, but unused visits can be credited toward other services. We'll always remind you before the season starts.

Damage & Liability
We carry full liability insurance. If our crew damages your property during a service, report it within 48 hours and we'll handle the repair or replacement at no cost to you.

Communication
We communicate primarily through text message for scheduling confirmations, reminders, and job completion updates. You can opt out of text messages at any time. For urgent matters, call or message us directly.

Tidy Neighbor 2.0 serves Fort Wayne, Indiana and the surrounding area. If you're outside our usual service area, reach out anyway — we may still be able to help or connect you with a trusted local pro.
